🧪 Composition
This is a completely lipid-based oil, composed primarily of fatty acid triglycerides, with a typical distribution for palm olein:
Palmitic acid (saturated): ~38–42%
Oleic acid (monounsaturated): ~40–44%
Linoleic acid (polyunsaturated): ~10–12%
(Note: These values are representative of fractionated palm olein—which corresponds to CP6—and reflect the general lipid composition of refined palm oils.)
🧊 Storage Conditions
To preserve the oil's optimal quality:
🌡️ Store in a cool, dry place
☀️ Avoid direct sunlight and heat
🛑 Reseal after opening to prevent oxidation
📅 Use promptly after opening to maintain flavor and quality
