Día a Día wheat flour is a finely milled and refined wheat flour, obtained from the endosperm of the wheat grain, the part richest in starch.
It is especially suited for making biscuits, while remaining a versatile flour for everyday use. It is also suitable for preparing:

• noodles and other baked goods
White flour is more refined than whole wheat flour. It contains neither bran nor wheat germ, making it lighter and finer, ideal for homogeneous and consistent textures.
